Don't know about anyone else but if I was going to be interviewed for that article I want a voice changer, silhouette lighting, and no identifying details shared... His situation is embarrassing.
THAT said - when I was younger and in the military I did waste alot of money trying to get away from the military during my time off hours. I discovered that where I was stationed guys who were off-duty could be "voluntold" to do random tasks despite being "off the clock".
Wasn't until late in my enlistment that I really had a cheaper routine that got me away from the military at minimum cost.
