You mean a Russian star? The first time I saw one of those I thought - wow - there is a person not afraid to declare that they are communists! (I don't watch much TV so I guess it was part of a home show fad...)
There are a number of houses around here (central NY) with the stars. Based on the political/demographic makeup of the population I can assure you it is NOT a sign of fealty to Russia or communism!!
I guess I should have added my sarcasm flag. I really did think the first time I saw one but quickly figured it out. The funny part to me is how conservative this area is.
